Vmware Converter Standalone 6.2

Change the Default Destination Provisioning Disk Type from Thick to Thin

Navigate to the %ProgramData%\VMware\VMware vCenter Converter Standalone directory.
Open the converter-worker.xml file in a text editor.
Locate the <defaultValues><preferThinDiskType> tag and change its value to true.
Restart the worker service for the change to take effect.
